I order from this location a lot. Each time the person at the front remembers me and always greets me with a smile and small talk. Today I had my pizza delivered and the driver was so polite and courteous. He made a simple mistake but quickly went above and beyond to correct it. I tried to go back on the site to double his tip but was unable to. Great team at this location!

Food was ordered at 4:55pm and didn't say it was gonna be delivered till 6:00pm. When it said "Oscar" was on the way it took him two hours to get here and when we tried to call and check on the order they had there phone off the hook. Will never order again that is absolutely ridiculous.

I waited for 5 minutes just for someone to greet me. Then I continued to wait for my order that had been done 30 minutes prior to me arriving. No one stopped to help or attempt to service me, they continued making pizzas as if I wasn't a paying customer as well.

I called to let them know my food was burnt the girl was being very rude asking me to send her a picture she said the general manager was next to her while she was on the phone talking to me. the team member was being so rude I asked her what was her name she hung up on me as I asked to speak to her manager. Then she went into the company's phone log. Got my cell phone number and text me being rude. I called back to let the manager know. She said she will look into it. I have been a customer for way too long to be treated like I was tonight. I've never had a problem with Papa John's until tonight

Always liked Papa John's better than most. Until I just ordered new stuffed crust special. Carryout order, said to be ready for pickup in 20-25mins... I arrived in 30 mins to make sure it would be ready.. still had to wait 7-8more mins but no big deal. Checked pizza as I paid, looked great,,,, until I get home to enjoy and ENTIRE MIDDLE of pizza is uncooked!!! Doughy completely through half pizza. Not even worth complaining about. Threw inedible pie away after trying to salvage any of it. Unsuccessful unfortunately. Be wary, check your food better than I did before leaving
Management is incompetent. Screaming at workers while kids are in the shop. Does not know how to efficiently run a store. Workers where all over thd place seemingly confused constantly and it took 45 minutes to get 1

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered on the app and it told me what time to get there to pick up the order. Got there in time and there’s a bunch of teenagers telling me I have to wait another 20 mins. No they’re too busy goofing off to get orders done.
