Whenever I stop by the Petco I always stop by Matilda’s for coffee and a cinnamon waffle. I look forward to this treat so much that even though there is a closer petco to my house now, I go out of my way to drive to Sanford just to get Matilda’s. Such a cute little shop, always very kind service, and I cannot stress enough how delicious this waffle is.

Amazing Spot 10/10 RECOMMEND!!!!I legit want to try EVERYTHING on the menuReasonable priced treats MUST TRY!I can still taste the waffle, it was SO GOOD!I also tried the Aci bowl #2 and not only was it filling, it was also full of natural ingredients made right there on the spot.Parking: It’s located in an area with parking spaces available everywhere.

Great açaí bowls. Great waffles. Great coffee (especially the lattes). Great service. Really cool concept with the whole drive thru coffee shack concept. Reminds me small coffee shops from the west coast and southwest. Beats Starbucks.

i loveeee hitting this place before work. i am addicted to the açaí bowls and the matcha latte. their waffles are also to die for , you don't even need syrup (no seriously i thought i would need syrup because i always need syrup for waffles but these waffles are just different in the BEST way !) i definitely recommend this place. the staff are always so so so sweet and i always enjoy talking to them. they also give discounts for military , LEO , students , and other first responders.
