The restaurant has the worst service with Door dash. My order was supposed to be delivered and wasn't, when I called to get the order they just gave my food away that I had already paid for. I will never order from them again!! Honestly I wish I could give them negative stars on service!!!

Phenomenal customer service, super friendly, and clean restaurant. We had ordered a plate for my husband and I and then I planned to share mine with our toddler. They brought out a separate plate with food for our toddler free of charge and, again, were just so nice and kind. Highly recommend. You don't get that kind of service and friendly-ness in fast food type restaurants anymore or really most places. We really felt valued. Lovely place and great food!

Ordered online. Came in one table dining. Restaurant was clean. Cashier VERY short. Not rude just zero customer service whatsoever. I counted 2 words she spoke to me. No biggie. Liquid in my food was literally pouring from the containers. I had to pull over and get it out. It tasted good but im talking a good 12 ounces at least... mostly from the broccoli. You would've guessed it was soup. Carrots were complete mush. I'll try again one day. The first time I came it was amazing so maybe just an off day.

The mother that works there is very rude, talked to you as if you were d*** and she had an attitude. I will not be coming back to this location!!
Dropped off a package at UPS and saw this restaurant next door. Food is great! Staff are friendly. Would highly recommend!

Every time I order here the food is either overcooked or they get the order wrong entirely. I have a carrot allergy and when I asked them to make me a new plate without the carrots, they said I would have to buy a new plate even after I told them about the allergy. Zero regards to my personal safety. Worst customer service.

My family has ordered food here multiple times. I’m not sure what has changed but the last 3 times our orders have been wrong and this last time when we went back to have our food corrected they refused to do so. We will no longer support this business and do not recommend on service alone.

Weeat here 4 time's a week but not anymore foods getting outrageous in price and scallops they are using smaller ones then cutting them in half and price on our two dishes has went from $24 to $36. crazy expensive. and not as good

One of my favorite Japanese restaurants in Sanford. although, this last time the chicken was very dry, I ordered teriyaki but it was more like semi-Teri Rubber. The rice was heavily peppered and the carrots were chewy. overall I will still return to support this business. I only hope they remain consistent when it comes to cooking and preparing food.
