I love Smithfield's Chiclen and Barbecue. This was the cleanest and best maintained Smithfields I have been to. The staff was nice and helpful. The manager, Quanishia, came by to offer us tea refills, and we talked to her for a while. The fried chicken is great, the barbecue is tasty, and there is a great selection of sides. I also got a bag of pig skins.

It isn't often that you walk into a restaurant and immediately notice how clean and well kept it is, but this Smithfield's chamber that. I arrived to pick up a call in order, which was ready and hot. I ordered a few other things and while I waited, it was interesting to see how well managed and maintained everything was. Folks that weren't actively cooking were busy restocking or cleaning.
