Terrible. Second time I go and as stated on google and at the door they close @10:00 pm.. went into at 9:00 pm for the guy to tell me they’re closed. A WHOLE HOUR EARLY. They should probably change the hours on google and the door.

The food is awesome the bread super soft and the store is very clean. But the employees aren't welcoming at all. I got the death stare the whole time. she never said anything to me until I cashed out. She told me my total then charged me more as a eat in but I left with my food. I believe they are new owners because I've always enjoyed eating at that subway.never had and issue in the last 20 years that I've eaten there.

Ordered 3 subs and the coupon couldn't be used. Should have been told couldn't use it before I ordered. A huge billboard on US 1 says a different price which you cant get that deal either. Worked out that I didn't eat there cause the sanitation grade was an 87.5!

Lydia was the only one working (that we saw). She was so friendly and professional, never looking flustered, waiting on three people at a time. It was noon, busy, and yet Lydia never showed any distress. People kept coming in, and she greeted everyone. Definitely made our day to have someone so friendly and professional! Glad we stopped!

I am deeply dissatisfied with the Subway location near my family's residence. Their practices have been consistently disappointing, as they frequently serve stale bread that cannot be salvaged even through toasting. What's more concerning is that they add ingredients to our subs that are not supposed to be included, posing a significant danger, particularly to those with allergies. For instance, they once put jalapeños on my young children's tuna sub, aged 4 and 5. This recurring issue seems to be amplified when we place mobile orders at this specific establishment. It appears that the owners and/or managers do not take the time to review customer feedback and make necessary improvements, despite us moving to this area in 2021. Consequently, with the rising number of people relocating to this locality, they have the opportunity to significantly increase their revenue if they simply strive to do better. I sincerely urge them to address these concerns promptly and ensure a more satisfactory experience for their patrons.

My family is very disappointed in this Subway location. They serve old bread that toasting doesn’t fix. They add ingredients onto the subs that don’t call for it which is extremely dangerous, especially if someone were to have an allergy. For example, they put jalapeños on my 4 & 5 year old kids’ tuna sub. It seems like this always happens every time we place a mobile order at this specific establishment. I’m not even sure the owners and/or managers read their reviews to try and make improvements because we moved here in 2021, and each time, we get an incorrect order. Please do better, especially with the amount of people moving to the area, you’d make more revenue.

As others have said, this place is horrible. It has been for years. Today is was our only option but unfortunately we were sent away after our visit as "they weren't ready". A return visit, almost two hours after their official opening, still not completely ready. Also demanded a large tip, and harassed us when we declined. Employees don't care, managers don't care, and for as long as this place has been bad, franchise owners don't care. Avoid at all costs.

Sorry, must have been a bad week here. First, we were greeted at the door with a sign that said they were out of turkey and ham. That's OK. We can order something without those. There were 3 people in front of us, which gave us time to review the menu. We actually had a lot of time since they were not moving things along very fast. I placed my order and the menu spells out what it comes with, including what type of cheese and the condiments, yet I was asked what kind of cheese and what else i want on it. I'm glad I didn't order online, which I was going to do at first. A gentleman came in looking for his order and the gal rummaged through a mess of papers on the counter to find his printout, but still he had to wait. Kind of a strange encounter here today, but we did get our sandwich.

Went in an hour after they opened. Was told they had no ice, no provolone cheese, no Philly cheese steaks, no cookies, and no chips. An hour isn't enough for 2 people to get a store open for customers? Also, chicken teriyaki was not heated up and given to me cold. Needs new management desperately.
