I would give zero stars if I could. Every experience I have had here the employees are rude and overly blunt. Multiple time I have made mobile orders and when I pull up they tell me they aren’t taking orders right now, even though I have a mobile order. When I have managed to get food from them, both my fries and nuggets have been cold every time. Take my advice go literally anywhere else. I went tonight and she told me they had a truck and that was more important than filling orders so they weren’t doing any.

I did a doordash delivery the girl looked dead in my eyes after i asked is this it? plus they had the whole order in front of them and i had to wait like 20 mins, drove 30 mins away to my customer and come to find out the whole order was wrong.Told my customer I will get her a new order and she tip me big and come to find out they cant do redo the order, If you can get a simple order wrong imagine your life!!

The white lady with the neck tattoo and long fingernails is rude and can’t get an order right to save her life. My receipt is always wrong and she makes out like you said the wrong order. At first I agreed with her until I realized it wasn’t me it was her. The inside is closed early all the time.Not everyone in there has an attitude but she sure does, and it’s not ok to have an attitude and do your job poorly. I’m not trying to be heartless I’ve worked in the fast food industry and it’s not for the weak, but it’s just not ok to ALWAYS be in a foul mood and get orders wrong.

2 employees were in a car,smoking pot as we walked by.The girl in charge had to get them to come in and wait on us.They didn't even wash,hands before they started working.also,all the food was Luke warm.

Had hair wrapped around my fries and questionable stuff on my nuggets. When I went back the drive through ladies wouldn’t give me a chance to speak and were very rude and unprofessional. They wouldn’t even take 2 seconds to look at my nuggets…

Lots of issues with system being down lately. My last visit a employee was being rude to an elderly lady for no reason, she told him where he could go ? definitely need better customer service.
Thé only way I’ll ever visit WENDY’S is during lunch hour. I know my food will come out hot and fresh with great customer service. I will never visit during dinner time again. I hope WENDY’S takes notice of the reviews and the great workers they do have.

This place is the most ghetto, ratchet place. I came in side one day and seen one of the staff butt crack pants down swiping the kitchen floor. The orders are never done on time. And the drive thru the lady is so rude. The inside was closed by 6pm. Like what?!? One the staff was standing outside smoke with her ear piece on. The owner best get their store back in check.
