This location had a tremendous turnaround over the last year. Crystal Fox, the General Manager is absolutely the best in the business. Her store is not only the cleanest, but her crew and managers make sure you feel welcome all the time. Great food, service and pricing.

I am a zaxby’s fan, and I frequent them. This particular zaxby’s food was disappointing. Everything seemed flat and flavorless, and the chicken seemed like it was old…Even the freshly made fired pickles were dry and flavorless…Management needs to look at this store’s quality assurance.

I ordered 1 burger and 1 drink. Was at the window waiting for my food for 30 minutes. Line of cars behind me as well. When I arrived there was 2 cars ahead. Inside wasn’t busy. 3 young ladies just laughing while i was staring to see what was going on. If I hadn’t paid already i would’ve left. Truly unbelievable. My whole lunch break was spent at the location.

Manager was so nice and offered my friend a small meal because he didn’t have anything to eat.
Ordered the boneless family meal deal online and found out when I got home was missing the 2 large fries, bread, and ranch packets. When I called they gave me an attitude like I was trying to get free food. Not a good experience and I will double check my orders from now on because they do not. That will prevent me from traveling 45 minutes in the future to pick up the food I payed for.
