I've been eating Abrams since I was a kid (the one in tarboro and pinetops) but the one here in Scotland neck is awful. I've been maybe 4x since I've been in this area and the lady inside was extremely polite. But whoever runs the drive through is extremely rude. Dealt with her on 3 separate occasions and every single time she cuts you off mid order telling you to pull forward, constantly rushing you to finish your order, very rude tone and all around attitude. I don't appreciate people let alone people who are supposed to be on the clock providing a good service being rude to my wife for absolutely no cause whatsoever. Will not be eating at this Abrams anymore. Period. It's sad when customers have better hospitality towards each other more than those who are paid to do so. Do not recommend this location. Food is still good as long as they have it on hand but not worth the disrespect I've have to tolerate between me and MY WIFE.They have good food but I would only get it if you're in the other location areas.4/26/24 9:20

First time eating here, on the way to Williamston. I had the pork BBQ plate with yams, cabbage, and hush puppies. Dad had BBQ ribs, yams, collards and hush puppies. Everything was hot and so good. The portions were very large, enough for left overs to eat later. Highly recommend.

For the last three times I been there the employers was very disrespectful they were unprofessional and unorganized they don’t even know how to talk to each other the food wasn’t good and they were sloppy with putting food into trays everyone want to be in charge putting a bunch of females together where there nothing going on but a bunch of unnecessary talking and fussing went there for lunch and got a chicken box three wings and hush puppies over 10$ wings was small as my pinky at least they could of giving extra cause they was so small yams I order 3 boxes never again the food was not good in my opinion ‼️‼️

Last week was my first time visiting Abrams. The taste of the food, the service, and the atmosphere is 5 stars. I only gave this place 2 stars because after I finished my meal, I went to the restroom and saw roaches everywhere. There was even a can of roach spray on top of the paper towel dispenser. As I came out of the bathroom, I saw 2 more roaches crawling by a booth to my right. The food was good, but the roaches got to go!

This particular Abrams catered at my moms repast and the food was not done. We paid 1400 dollars to feed 100 people and the chicken was not fully cooked and the potatoes in the potato salad was raw. Now I’ve been trying to talk to a manager or the owner and they keep giving me the run around. Well today I will be showing my face at this establishment because I want my money back. Do not get the Abrams in Scotland neck to cater anything for any event you have. You are gonna be disappointed
