The worst experience I've had in fast food did not need to be treated as poorly as their employee RAYNA BOONE did!! Proceded to not fix the order, then call me all sorts of slurs and say how we better get on before she came over the counter. THIS WOMAN SHOULD NOT BE WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC!!!! Always had a good experience at the Drive-through.Inside is a different issue… there is no sense of urgency as they prioritize the Drive-through… the staff ignores you and socializes rather than provide any real customer service. .. plus, they put the dumbest of the bunch taking your order.Do not go inside to order… go to the Drive-through then come inside to eat.Country Fried Steak Biscuits are always good!!!

Chicken tenders were really good. Cheeseburger and bun was hard as a rock. Fries were good but not hot. Should have went back and exchanged the food. Granted it was a bit after lunch time rush so maybe the food is better at lunch time. For the price I paid, not very satisfied.

We ordered at the drive-through, which was fast as the restaurant was not busy. At the window, I saw the sanitation score was 92.5. I was a bit skeptical about the food at this point bc I generally don't eat at restaurants with a sore less than 94. But being a server in the past, I know sometimes these scores aren't really reflective of the establishment on a regular basis. So I decided to have an open mind. Anyway we got our food and I have to say I was impressed. Everything was hot and looked a lot like the advertised photos on the menu board. Unlike a very well-known restaurant where the food looks nothing like the pictures. The double cheeseburger was tasty and substantial. The chicken tenders were fantastic! They were full, hot tenders and very well seasoned. As we were driving, I did not take pictures. I don't eat at Hardee's generally, but I think I may start.

Food was okay, had better burgers from other Hardee's. Cashier was friendly but only problem I had was she questioned if I was done and if I wasn't eating due to the fact I only ordered 2 kids meals instead of 3 since I had 3 kids with me. My kids don't eat much so that's why I only got 2 so they can share instead of spending the money on an extra kids meal just to throw it away. It just rubbed me the wrong way when she asked.
