Scotland Neck doesn't have a ton of dine out options, so I was excited to see La Casetta after a long drive and working. Their menu has a great mix of pastas, pizza, salads, and appetizers. All of their entrees come with bread, and you have the option to add proteins and vegetables. I decided to go with the lasagna with a side of vegetables. The food took a while to come out, but it was so worth it! The lasagna had tons of flavor. Each bite you could taste the oregano, tomatoes, red pepper, and one other seasonings. One just popped after the other.The vegetables were a little over cooked and sad, so I added them to the lasagna, and that seemed to help a little bit.Minus one star for the server being a little snappy and rude when I asked about the wifi. She seemed to get a little nicer before we left, but the escalation of her attitude while I asked her questions was surprising. Being a server myself, I understand having an off day; but you can't let that mess with you too much. However, the other server that helped us at the end was a delight.I would come back for the lasagna and skip the vegetables.

Call in order 2 sub and pizza went I got there my order was wrong 1 sub and pizza charger me 2.50 for top on pizza don't tell me on phone have order 1more sub both sub fix wrong .went I got home not all top on it just didn't test good 37.00

Amazing ? Stopped here after a day at the bird sanctuary and so glad we did! Service was excellent, food was amazing and that Limoncello cake was delicious with fresh brewed coffee. Looking forward to eating here again next time we visit the birds!

This is one of our town's local restaurants that is supposedly well know for good food and service. I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak my normal and I was shocked at the what I was presented with. The sandwich was prepared sloppy, and the French fries were almost burned to a crisp. I kindly asked for freshly cooked food and instead the owner comes out and wants to explain to me how many ounces of steak was used to prepare the sandwich which barely covered the bread. He wanted to argue with me about how French fries should be cooked which i told him i knew mine were overcooked. He never offered to fix freshly cooked food but instead wanted to argue with me. It's sad that a small town like this with limited restaurants experience this. I will never spend another dime there in my life!!!! Oh I was also told he wouldn't serve me again because of my honesty about the lack of service expectations. He needs better customer service skills because with his attitude he will go downhill fast. Hope he sees this review!
