Not a super ice cream experience. Girls working were generally nice. I will say in all our ice cream stops I’ve NEVER been to one that weighs the ice cream. This place has Hershey’s ice cream, fro-yo and bubble tea. The sundaes were tasty but small and disappointing for almost $6. Also, if you get a different flavor than vanilla in your sundae there’s an up charge! I do not know why this is rated so highly. I’d much rather pay more for an actual sundae that leaves you saying “that was great.” Go to Calabash Creamery for a real special treat.

We have been diligent customers for years at this establishment. Happy to support a local business throughout the year. Never again will we ever step foot into this business. My 6 year old daughter asked the extremely young employee for one scoop..(she wanted to use her card she received for reading at school). I also got a cup with toppings and a scoop for my son. My daughter got a waffle cone with one scoop and two toppings and it was almost $8. I have absolutely no issue paying and I understand that prices have gone up, but I could not understand one child’s scoop and two toppings equating to almost $8. I paid and sat down and the owner came upfront…we spoke and I saw on the receipt they charged us for a full price cone instead of a child’s scoop. She was beyond rude and said that anywhere would do that. We want to support other businesses in the area who respect the locals and interactions with their customers. Also..the fish tanks on top of the Lego case desperately need to be cleaned.

The best place to get ice cream and other treats in the area. The owner and her grandson were so welcoming when we stopped by and the the owner even sat down to chat with us. Next time I’m in southeast NC, I’m going to pass by for more.

I come here a lot. Love sugar free option, wish they had a few more sugar frees. Owner is super nice, she always greats everyone.My only comment for improvement would be with the rewards system. I lost points when they swapped to the new system. If you use a different credit card to pay it doesn’t keep your points together. Last time there it didn’t ask for my number, just said I had two star….I come about every week so I know I got more then that. I think I simple punch card would be better.
