Horrible service with a side of attitude. Trashy ghetto staff, food was cold, hash browns were soggy and raw. Frisco sandwich barely had any ham on it. The sourdough was barely noticeably toasted. What the hell is wrong with people and places? It's pitiful ?

Went to Hardee's again today just to find out they are out of tenders, again. This Hardee's is the worst one around. Unfortunately it's the only restaurant in walking distance. It makes no sense. Even down to just walking in, we had to stop and back up to get out if the way of a leaving employee. Not like she could back up 2 steps instead of us having to literally walk back out to let her out first. I thought that customers mattered.

I have patronized Hardee's almost 60 years, in countless towns. In high school, I had the privilege of working at the the very first restaurant in the chain (Rocky Mount, NC), over 50 years ago, i.e. First Hardee's owned by Mr Hardee, in Greenville, NC, never a part of the chain. This Hardee's had some very hard workers, doing a fine job.
closes at 10pm but doesn't serve any chicken after 9pm.

Ordered yesterday (5/11/23) online. Sent text alerting them we were on our way to pick up. When we arrived, cashier said they did not have my order. I told her I have it on my phone. When I got to the drive through window... they found our order. Of coarse it wasn't ready so we had to pull up. Nice lady brought our food out after about 15 minutes. Order wasn't correct. We received fries instead of onion rings which was an up charge. Told the nice lady we didn't get onion rings and we had to wait more... When we finally were able to go and got home, we didn't have our apple turnovers. The food that we did receive was good, but the service was terrible. The purpose of online ordering is for the food to be ready and the order to be right. We'll try a different Hardees next time.
