One of my favorite pizza places. I’ve had some issues here and there before with maybe a sauce getting left off or a drink getting left off for a delivery. Nothing to fuss about those things happen. However, I haven’t ordered from them in a few months. Tonight I placed a delivery order of two pizzas and a order of the cheese breadsticks. Once it was delivered, they gave me two of the same pizzas instead of the two different pizzas that I ordered. We were needing to eat, so I called them back and thought maybe they would give me some sort of credit for the future. I didn’t get to speak to the person who took my order but the person I spoke with told me that they had to call me back after putting me on hold because they needed to speak to the driver to see if it was her fault. I get a call back over an hour later. And the same girl I had spoke with that told me she would call me back, who sounded young and inexperienced by the way, so not really her fault on any of this, said so, my manager wants to know do you want us to send out the double pepperoni pizza. I said well it’s kind of late now, can you just do a credit or something with my name? Then she said OK hold on she had to put me on hold again. She came back and said sorry my manager said we don’t do credits and the pizza would have to come out tonight. I said well… OK. I was never once rude or spoke badly. I’ve been in the restaurant business and know how it is. But I said yea Go ahead and send it out. She put me on hold again and then came back and said OK but my manager says you have to send back the other pizza. I said that was dinner and we have eaten mostly both pizzas. I said I spoke to you an hour ago and now would have to wait for another pizza to be cooked and delivered. So were you guys expecting us to sit around and just not eat for two hours and return a pizza? Which on the first call I had said before I’ll take a picture of both pizzas side-by-side for proof and she told me no we just have to check with the driver. So in the end she said “yes, it is our fault that you got the wrong pizza but it’s policy”. I could hear the manager ‘talking’ in the background about it too. So I don’t know what’s going on with Angelos pizza, but they need to better understand customer service.

Been a customer for years. Been disappointed in the food and some of the new employees in the evenings. Did not get what I ordered. Instead of the hamburger steak I ordered I received 2 dried up hamburger patties (that tasted old and awful) and I asked for slaw instead of the lettuce - I got the lettuce. This place is way too expensive !!!! for you to not get what you ask for and pay for. Too expensive to have to order with a girl that has a terrible attitude. when I placed the order for pick up the girl seemed to hate her job and seemed irritated that I was even placing an order to go. I’ll definitely consider other restaurants before I order from Angelos again.

I cannot eat cheese like most people can. They make my pizza with very,very light cheese. They make it correct every time so I can enjoy a pizza without becoming sick. Thanks guys. Your great ?
Probably one of the worse burgers I’ve ever had. The burger was a frozen patty that was burnt the slaw almost was like tartar sauce and the fries tasted like they are been fried multiple times. With my mom owning two restaurants herself I would never send food out looking like this! We got it home and couldnt even eat it because it was absolutely horrible! I don’t recommend at all!

I've been there before and the pizza was good. However today, the dough was doughy pizza sause was bland, sausage didn't hit have any special taste to it. All in all it was a pretty bland pizza. Some salt did help. Perhaps it was just a one of day. But figured I would give this review.

I normally dont do negative reviews but this was ridiculous. Just ordered a pizza. Took little over an hour for a 2 minute delivery but I understand it is Friday night so was ok with that. My pizza was so undercooked that it was unedible. The crust a gooey mess and the toppings raw.. I was so disappointed..was gonna order Pizza Hut but thought nah. Lets do small business. Big mistake. 31 dollars(with tip) First time I have ordered here in 15 years. So disappointed

Will never order from here again wanted a roast beef sub they didn't have it an my wife got a pepperoni sub an it was just cheese slices an pepperoni I could've gone to the store an bought all that an made the same sub at home this is the worst place you can ever order or get food from I'm so disappointed was looking forward to it an didn't even eat it never will I order from here again.
