I came here with my granddaughter and the food was great!! Service was horrible. A couple high school boys were making inappropriate comments towards customers. I will not be back here. I just want to get my chicken and biscuits without hearing this nonsense!!!!! One of the boys had a big back, average height and kept being referred to as “deeba”. Other than that, the food was great and employees were average.

2/5 @ 8:30 pm Pleasant drive through service. They let me know they were cooking a fresh biscuit for me and asked if I was ok to wait. When they brought out my food… with a smile… it made me happy to see someone taking care of a total stranger (me) with joy in their heart. Thank you Bojangles Shelby HWY74. While the recipe for food brought me there. The recipe for kindness will keep me coming back!

Who doesn't love a little Bo Jeezy in there life.. absolutely one of the top recommendations Go get you some Bojangles you won't regret it morning noon or night they're open to whatever you like.Parking: The parking is great Don't get me wrong but who needs to park when you can dine in to their very clean help the environment inside.
Simple request for extra ice couldn’t be filled because the ice machine was down. I offered to pay for it. But they were buying ice and adding extra was just too much. Beyond my understanding.

It's not on the menu but they have the Cajun filet sandwich. This is my favorite sandwich and I wish Bojangles didn't try to hide it. The staff was very friendly and fast. I also heard the Bojangles in South Carolina serve crow instead of chicken but I don't know if that's true. Will definitely return.Vegetarian options: They have some vegetarian options such as eg and cheese biscuit, fries, Bo rounds
