I spent my last ten bucks to treat myself to breakfast and I ordered a breakfast plate with extra hash browns instead of eggs, I was told it would be an up charge even though I get the same breakfast and they have never. I paid because I don't like being extra and took my food only to get to my appt and see that they threw a burnt biscuit and like twelve hash brown in a box with a half pc of ham. I don't even want it fixed. The place is nasty. Do better fixing ppls meals or find anpther job. Without customers there won't be a store. Hardee's needs to hire ppl competent of fixing a breakfast plate correctly.

I got the porkchop gravy biscuit and it was delicious. I should have asked for a dab of gravy on both sides of the biscuit, buy it sure would have been a little messy but even better.

Two breakfast platters ordered at drive thru. Waited at window for pickup, took 15 minutes. Items missing from platter... no biscuits with the biscuits and gravy. Breakfast gravy was watered down to the point of no longer even resembling gravy. Sausage was over cooked to the point of being inedible.Waiting so long for the order made me see how dirty the building is... really looks disgusting at the drive up window. Spilled items appear to be on the sill and wall as if nothing is ever cleaned.

Best Hardee’s in this area period, point blank. That morning staff is A1. Friendly staff m, fresh food and faster than lighting striking while keeping up grade A food quality. Keep it up. They are located near the hospital in Shelby give them a try you won’t regret it.
Ordered 2 spicy chicken wraps, wasn't spicy, was cold. Had so much mayo on them , literally had to wipe them off before attempting to eat. Disgusting, mayonnaise all over the wrapper and outside of the wrap itself . Wasn't extremely busy, just careless people. Never again. Advice RUN
