Hours show as open on Sundays until 9pm - submitted an online order to pickup at 730pm, only to find their staff apparently chose to shut it down early without any signs on the door or notice. Unbelievable.

Ordered a #9 regular size and because their fountain drink machine was broken I was forced to order a bottle drink which was a 20oz diet coke. Sub and diet coke were $14.82 including tax! (See Photo) $4.09 for a 20oz bottle of diet coke!!!!! Absolutely ridiculous for a 20oz bottle of diet coke! I did question this with the employee and she said that was correct but did say they are getting ready to have a price decrease very soon, that didn't help the situation. I will not be back and I'm doing this review to inform other potential customers. Jersey Mike's and Sub Station 2 are way better for less money.

I was charged almost $18 for a regular size combo when they had a combo advertised at $13.59. Asked the rude lady why it was advertised when I was charged almost $18 and she said she hasn’t changed the sign yet. I didn’t want to make a scene so I got my food and left. I will NOT be returning. Every time I have ever came here to grab a sub they have always been rude. Go to substation if you want a good experience with awesome food because you won’t get it here!

Please someone from corporate or at least the franchisee come visit this place. It’s been months now with no drinks, the bread is either never ready or it’s hard and weird. The workers could care less and it’s ruining this place. I don’t understand how they allow this to continue. I have tried to contact them through their feedback also, no contact from them. I guess they don’t care about their money and business or investment. It’s crazy. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Went there 2 weeks ago. Needed 3 Sandwiches, only had bread for2. No tomatoes, no sauce , lettuce was nasty .I would have walked out but they charged first .We threw the Sandwiches in Trash at home. $ 25.00 for Trash. Never ever

So the person “helping” us kept asking my husband to repeat himself…she could have heard him if she’d taken the AirPods out. Didn’t actually order because they wouldn’t have bread for 40 minutes. Bad planning when they just opened
