Last time I went to this KFC I had to wait over 30 minutes in the drive thru. No reasons were given, the store wasn’t busy, customers inside that showed up after me were being served before customers in the drive thru. I could go to a sit down restaurant and get my food faster. Bojangles and Popeyes have never made me wait even half this time, so I’ll just go to one of those next time I want fried chicken.

Horrible service and careless manager as well! I went to get a bucket of dark meat chicken was told they were out it would be 20 minutes before it was done. I waited and went back in after several people have already went through the drive through and in and out of KFC. I was told it was not ready yet. So after a total of 46 minutes i finally had to go back in and no one would even come to the counter until i had to get their attention they said oh your chicken is almost ready. I talked to the manager and she did not care she was wiping stuff down and yes I understand cleaning is a big part of the job but when someone has waited 45 minutes for a bucket of chicken it is ridiculous! I did not get a refund and not even an apology, but magically my food was ready! I do not recommend KFC in Shelby on Grover street! I was there from 3:37 until 4:23

Past 2 days I come they have the dinner room close hours ahead of time today 10 mins early yesterday they close the dinner room at 8 & I’m a local that’s not professional I won’t return back after been coming here 10 years

Very rude staff. Always short staffed. Very frustrated with their jobs and they let it show to everyone in drive thru or lobby. So sad. This place is going downhill fast. Will not be back.

Went this afternoon to get some chicken worst chicken ever it was hard overcooked go to chicken nuggets they were so dry don't think I go back to KFC not worth the money

Drive thru experience... the rudest woman worker and manager EVER!!I pull up to order, being asked (by woman) to wait a minute. Ok fine... except it was like 5 minutes and noone was infront of me. I begin to say in the microphone.. hello? Hello? Can I order?A man now says... one moment i apologize we are short staffed.I am understanding and happy he gave me a reason, soon after he took my order and I pulled upbut then.... this happened!I see my order bagged and ready.Said manager looks as if he is training woman. After another 5 minutes or so of knowing my food is there, I see a Crack in the drive thru window... hello can I please get my food? Currently now there are cars behind me.I say it louder... can I please pay and get my,food so I can go on my way?Woman worker, holds up her finger to the window as if to say wait a minute...No I've already waited about 10 minutes for 1 order of Mashed Potatoes and 2 biscuits 1/2 gal of tea that has been sitting there!Then Mgr. Says they had a power shortage earlier. Another excuse! My food was already bagged !!I hand her my credit card... she gets an attitude and hands me my card back... I said take my money and give me my food. It's right there!This was all my mother wanted after surgery and I was not leaving.They ignored me, but I'm in the drive thru so I said I'm not leaving and honked the horn... told them they can loose the customers behind me!Ridiculous how rude they both were!All they had to do was their job!I will not go back to Grover st KFC!They do not even deserve 1 star!I understand being short staffed, but being rude is not acceptable!
