Lafayette Street Grill & Pub

Service was great. Stopped in over the summer while traveling. They did have a kids menu which was great. Food was pretty decent. Menu has a variety- something for everyone. Would try again next time I'm in the area.

The food and atmosphere were really good. It was very clean with friendly staff. My only complaint was that there was a lot of waiting. We waited awkwardly at the "please wait to be seated" sign for a full 3 minutes. No hostess at the podium; patrons staring as you stand there looking around. My wife and I were a little hesitant about going there because of a few negative reviews but we decided to try it. We absolutely enjoyed our meal. We both had the Fat Dog and it was wonderful. I'm not much on slaw but the slaw was really good as was the chilli. The hot dog was great. I really loved the grill marks on the dog. The bun was really good. Fries were good and plentiful.
