I would love to give a big shoutout to Danielleshe went above and beyond for me!! I just have gotten off of work and I placed a mobile order for mcdonald’s it was only a cheeseburger and a sundae. When I arrived at mcdonald’s they had their lobby closed due to only having two people. I went to the drive thru and she came out getting ready to go home and I had asked her if there was any way she would be able to see if I could get my food or possibly a refund. There was no way to get a refund so she asked to see my phone and went and made it for me when she never had to!! She definitely deserves a raise!!

The food took forever. While I waited numerous orders were wrong. When I recieved the order I added lettuce to the sandwich which was additional and there was maybe two pieces of chopped lettuce. Do not stop here for a meal.

If they can put EXTRA FRIES when you say NO APPLES in the kids meal I would have 5 stars it. . They put the apples anyways with 3 or 4 fries dropped down in the kids meal box.

Waited an unuasually long time in the drive thru not because of long lines because of being short of help. Some cars drove away while waiting. However, the ice cream when I received it was excellent!

Save yourself time and your money. Don’t come to this location. The employees are very rude and disrespectful. Either if you’re going inside or drive thru be ready to wait for your food more than 20 minutes (even when the restaurant is empty) management it’s a joke. I asked the manager to cancel my order because I didn’t have time to wait and he refused to do it laughing and jocking with the others guys… drive a few miles and go to the Mc’Donals at Cleaveland mall much better than this one

Went through Drive Through @ Midnight ordered 2 double chz burgers. The cons: not hot, no pickles, no onions and very little ketchup. Not happy !

It's one of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Not only did anyone know how the sanitation grade was a 96.5, I could probably guess it was because of the lack of attention to detail of the food and the fact the fries were reheated and not fresh. I asked for a plan cheeseburger add bacon and it took 3 times before it was correct. At one point I even received a bun with bacon. Think twice before going there.

Tasty Treat

My dog had a procedure today. I stopped in around 12:30 pm to buy a treat for her on the way home. The female taking the order had a temper tantrum because we politely asked for one minute to look over the menu. I could understand if we were rude or took an abnormal amount of time, but it was only a minute or two to be generous. When my guy tried to order, she quickly responded for us to hold. It is understandable to take the other cars order first. We waited patiently while the car pulled off. Then we heard her take the second cars order and watched them drive away. Now we hear the third car order and watch them drive away. When the fourth car started their order, I told my guy to park the car. The car behind us switched to the other lane. Before I walked inside, they were placing their order at the speaker. I waited a moment for an associate to walk over and then recounted our experience in the drive-through. I believe she was the assistant manager because she said the general manager was outside. I don't think the situation was serious enough to bother them. I could not trust the same staff to feed my dog. If you react so negatively to a customer taking one minute to decide between a fish or chicken sandwich, imagine the response when they have the audacity to complain inside? It is a shame. I had a completely different experience a few months ago when I had my male dog neutered. The staff was so friendly. They even gave my dogs pup cups! I did not know Mc Donalds had pup cups! It is not the end of the world. I purchased a nice roast beef sandwich for them across the street. It was healthier than the pink goo nuggets I planned to order. I doubt management will acknowledge the temper tantrum she had. If you want to trust them my only advice is to know your order before you pull up and make sure to grovel. Who knows what will happen if you catch an attitude here.
