I recently ordered from Papa John's because it's convenient, but it's far from good. Also, when paying, I ran into an issue. I tried to pay for the whole order with a $100 bill, but the driver only had about $15 in change, leading me to tip much more than intended. It would be helpful if the app had a notice reminding customers that drivers carry limited change.

All Papa John's Pizza's are awesome. Less greasy than the rest I feel. Their pull apart cinnamon desert is to die for! OMG! You need to try it if you haven't!

The pizza from this location is always made properly even though we admittedly order pizzas with modifications like light sauce and extra or added and removed toppings. The delivery times can be a bit long but they seem to be well staffed with plenty of drivers so this is usually limited to the busiest times and days of the week. The drivers are always polite during the brief interactions I have with them when they drop our order off.Parking: This is a small location so they don't have or need a lot of parking spaces. When I order pizzas to be picked up I've never had an issue finding a parking spot.

They got the whole order wrong, and when I called corporate they never called back or fixed the issue. Friendly people work there, and it was hot and quick, but what's the point when I ordered a specialty pizza that ONLY CAME WITH CHEESE. Waste of my money, and I spent a lot!

Papa John's pizza cannot be beat. However, the staff should be top notch because, before the satisfaction of the first bite, we have to deal with the staff. When a customer walks up to the register, in the next breath should bring a staff member up to help. The girl with the graffiti on her arms (to call it tattoo would smear the good name of tattoo) let me stand there 20 minutes while my order cooled on the shelf. I'm 73... I DON'T like standing. Get Chairs or light a ? under your staff.

The young guy, Karson corrected a pizza that was made wrong and was very happy to help. Great customer service attitude. Definitely need more employees like him. Thanks!
This was bad. Ordered two pizzas, both way undercooked. Ordered a med "works" with two specific toppings on only half. There was only one slice that didn't have those two toppings on it. I started to worry about quality when on a Friday night at 9:30 in a college town I had a txt saying my order was ready about 6 mins after ordering. I imagine this location has a reputation for bad quality since they were that slow on a Friday night. About 3 slices were ate out of two pizzas and the rest in the garbage. Waste of $30 tonight. Very disappointed.

One bite of meatball on each slice and regular servings on pepperoni that was orderd as double . Between the 4.99 delivery fee the tip even ordering a special deal it was 37.00 . I know times are tuff but skimping on customers toppings is just going to loose business. Never ordering from this store again . Do better papa John's

We hadn't ordered for a few years, mostly due to Covid, but also because we hadn't been happy with the food. Well, also the CEO being a jerk.But recently, due to physical restraints (old age and broken ribs), we decided to at least try the delivery, and try Papa Johns again.This is the second time we have ordered, and hte food is good, better than it had been, and from order to delivery was exactly as promised. We ordered at 4:05 and got it at 4:38.So happy that we now have one place that will deliver and that delivers what they promise to.And by joining the Papa rewards, we got $10 off the order.EDIT: I just tried the GF pizza and I am back to say it's the best GF crust I have found so far. I have tried 4-5 places around Shelby and Boiling Springs and this is the first one where the crust isn't kind of gummy and soft. It was wonderful!Dietary restrictions: They offer a gluten-free pizza, which I need.
