Great food. Low price on pizza. The only thing I don't understand is Pizza Hut in Shelby won't deliver to my place in Patterson Springs trailer park. And I don't understand why. I don't drive and can't get a pizza delivered to me. I walk everywhere and have to either walk for miles just to go to pizza hut or I have risk finding a ride just for some hot pizza. Ordered online, waited about 5 mins for my pizza. It looked busy but they were getting it done. I asked for light sauce but that didn't happen. Idk what has changed but pizza hut just doesn't taste the same. My pizza was disgusting!!!!!!!!!! This was all we ate, no one liked it. Wasted $17 plus tip.

Ordered a Stuffed Crust pizza and it wasn't cooked all the way. Doughy and soggy. Sent in feedback and who I assume to be the owner, Bryan Westfall, told me I should order it well done next time. Multiple bad experiences at this point. Maybe I'll try again in a few years.

Our food was fresh and the pizza tasted just like I remembered it tasting when I was a kid. We’ve come here twice in the past month and both times were really good. There was a mixup with our order the second time but Brian made it fresh and threw in a free cookie. Really great customer service!

My thin crust pepperoni was made and cooked perfectly. It had the right amount of sauce that I could taste in each bite but not have it squish out as I bit down.
Good took way too long to receive and my food was cold and not enjoyable.Parking: Didn’t park it wouldn’t let me proceed if I didn’t pick one.
