...6/1/2023 - unexpected and big deal moment for this store and myself. Been having rrrough times there, I'm sure any local can relate. Younger workers, majority of them that is, are absolutely atrocious at customer relations. Too busy to make an item or if it requires work on top of what they're doing at the moment..just say it's broken..that'll take care of the issue .11/2/23...my faith in this store is replaced! Very slow service and incredibly impersonal. Had to grab coffees here for a week as there aren't many options. Ordered 2 vanilla lattes, one vanilla cappuccino and a sugar free cappuccino (for a diabetic person) none of them were marked. Had no clue which was which. Another time Ordered 2 cappuccinos, was told to pull off to the side and they'd bring it to us. 20 mins later I went inside to ask what was going on, they forgot the order. Very unfriendly staff to top it off

This Location like SO MANY I have been to , when you order an ice cream sundae , or Frappe, or Oreo Mcflurry no matter the time of day the response is "Im so sorry but the ice cream machine is broke "
