Floor dirty with dried mud, footprints, liquid spill and pieces of a bun. No napkins available. Tea urns poorly labeled. I was at counter, ready to order, and cashier walked past me and out to go to Smithfield's. Female manager (?) was loudly lecturing others - nobody checked the front. Finally ordered. Ate in 15 minutes, and in time, saw 2 orders returned for mistakes. Such a shame - good food, good location but management needs training or replacing.

Hours aren’t correct 7:20 am ppl are inside but no one take my order drive around a couple times. Then no one can be seen inside. Terrible service- hours of operation need to be changed!

Good little place if you are patient & prefer FRESH food. Just be careful to ensure you are receiving what you ordered! They’ve been very good as of late.

don’t come to this Wendy’s I got a medium fry and there was HAIR all in it they gave me another but still they’re not clean and my order took 30 minutes to get to me.

The sweet tea was out and they were too lazy to make a new batch. Sandwitch was wrong 3 times until they just didn't make a new one and brought out some bacon to make it

I ordered a biggie bag and the employee was having an attitude while I was talking to someone asking me to move a Lil forward then she said this person is anoyying I get home and eat the biggie bag just to find out there's a dead cockroach at the end of it we ordered it around 9 o'clock please fire the lady the way she was talking to me while I was moving forward for someone and having attitude while I was being respectful then to find a cockroach that's crazy I will not eat here anymore

I ordered a double pretzel burger wean i got my order the burger was a single burger not what i ordered. All the workers were very young all but one man he was a lot older and looked to be doing All the work while all the other workers just kept going in and out the door to sit in one of there cars until the old guy had to keep going out to get them for orders very bad place to eat i feel so bad for the Old guy they need fire all employees that i seen there and hire all new except the older guy

Terrible service. Dine in. They got our order wrong and we stood at the counter for 2 or 3 minutes trying to get it resolved. Made eye contact with 4 different employees and tried to get them to come to the counter. Noone came to help us. We left our order on the counter and left.

Very disappointed. Haven't eaten here in awhile due to poor service and always getting our order wrong but decided to try again. Sadly, still disappointed. Only car in drive thru but had to wait 20 minutes for someone to take my order. More often than not, will be told that the system is down or rebooting and they can't take any orders until it comes up which oddly enough is always 15 minutes. Asked for cup tray and was given an attitude and a sigh because apparently person at window thought that was too much trouble. Got home with food, and guess what, WRONG AGAIN! Ordered pretzel baconator but got chicken on regular. Ordered single big bacon classic but got double. Often see more employees in parking than in the restaurant. Corporate really needs to come in and observe and clean house. It's just sad and giving Wendy's a bad name

This is the first really negative review I've made, and for good reason. The whole restaurant was disgusting not a single customer besides us inside but trash everywhere condiments all over the tables and trash cans. You would think with it being that nasty the employees would be cleaning but no 3 employees sitting down at a booth with their headsets on talking. Girl at the register did her job really well. We didn't notice how nasty it was till we went to sit down at the tables to eat. I then asked for the food to go. Once we got to the truck I check my chicken wrap before letting my kid and fiance eat. And the cheese in my wrap had black mold on it couldn't belive it. We threw our food away and ate next door at Smithfields. We was traveling through the area so for the people that live here don't eat at this wendys
