A hidden gem in the area with super yummy food. While the wait was roughly 45 mins it was completely worth it. The chicken was cooked to perfection & the Cole slaw reminded me of back home (252) The cornbread wasn't anything to write home about but it also wasn't bad. The highlight of my visit was the low and slow queso.

This restaurant is a pure gem. The waiters were friendly and attentive if you needed anything. We went around 2 pm on a Sunday so when we got off the elevator, we were immediately greeted by about 30 eyes staring at us like they were quietly warning us about the wait. It wasn't bad though. Only took 15 minutes to get seated. They have indoor and outdoor seating. We waited for the first available seating, and we were surprised that they were able to sit us outside. The Buffet - $25 I was a little disappointed with it. For $25, you'd think they would make sure to replace the food as soon as it was empty and have a full buffet. There were a lot of missing things on the bar. They never refilled the collard greens, and they promised pulled pork but never brought it out. The brisket is part of the buffet, but you have to request it from the kitchen, and they will bring it out. Parking was ok. It was packed, but we found a spot. Their lot is a decent size. It's a private airport, i believe, so not too much "Airport" traffic. But then again, I went on a Sunday. Overall, I would recommend this place. It was surprisingly relaxing sitting on the patio, watching the planes land and take off. My niece loved it. She enjoyed the Mac and cheese as well.

Okay I finally got to try this place. Staff was great. Food was good. You get a large amount of food for your money. It is above average in price. I was not impressed by there Sauces. I will go back if in the area. But not make a special trip there ( 50 minutes). 3.5 out of 5 stars

OMG The food we ordered was delicious. The location is in the Regional Airport on the 3rd Floor left of the main terminal. They have a great view of the takeoff and landing strip. Service was great and servers were very friendly. But be patient when it gets busy. We arrived at 11 a.m. so wasn't too crowded. Also if you order a Tomahawk steak be ready for a wait of 45 minutes cook time. You can eat either indoors or on the patio. A little pricey but good quality. I would highly recommend the buffet bar because most items on the menu are in the buffet and it's all you can eat. I literally went into a meat coma afterwards. The brisket was outstanding. Smoked to perfection, good bark, just fatty enough to melt in your mouth. I usually don't like restaurant Mac and Cheese but I went for seconds after my first tiny sampling... it was smoked! The smoked sausage was yummy. It has a good snap and very juicy. I highly recommend this place.

This is a terrific place to grab a great meal. It's located AT regional airport, but access and parking are easy. There is plenty of casual seating, with table service and full bar. Bonus is you can watch airplanes land and take off from restaurant. Food is of very good quality. Service is extra friendly. Our server was Jessica W. She treated us like family. Wish I lived closer to this fine establishment. I will return on my next visit to Smithfield!!

My husband was responsible for finding Easter dinner and after reading the reviews for Low and Slow I was so excited. I absolutely LOVE brisket and theirs was AMAZING. Our server was great, very friendly. ALL of the food was great. The Mac and Cheese was the BEST I've ever had and the hamburger steak and potatoes OMG!!!. I'm so ready to go back. We'll definitely be back soon!!

We never got to eat since we had to wait well over 30 minutes with empty tables all around and there where at least 8 people in front of us. We made it to the bar for a beer which where well over priced. We noticed that there was a buffet $25 per person that looked like it had not been refreshed or refilled definitely not worth $25. Bartender could of cared less that we where there. If it wasn't for the view of watching the planes take off and land I would of given one star. Sad cause I drove an hour to check it out really disappointed

We got the buffet. You have to tell them that you want the brisket and they'll bring it to your table. It was so good! The peach cobbler was amazingly good too! Our server Mariah was so sweet and helpful! Go for the food and stay to watch the planes take off and land. You'll love it!

It was so good! A little difficult to find but well worth it. Part of our group ate buffet. I decided on the loaded baked potato with brisket. Wow! About 2 hours from home but I would come again. Olivia was fantastic and very patient with us!
