Man...such a good dinner just some seasoning away from a great dinner. Some salt and pepper on the steak, a little salt and more bite on the broccoli and a little more garlic in the garlic mash potatoes would have wowed me. Service was great, although I didn't get told of any specials being offered, and the the filet was absolutely cooked to order.

Excellent experience for our group of 8 at Beefeaters. Food was very tasty, although the pork chops were slightly overcooked and dry. Priced fairly for a good value and our server, Chelsea, was exceptional.

What an absolute gem of a restaurant. We were in town for a golf trip and a local bartender recommended Beefeaters. The drinks, appetizers, and entrees were spot on. (Moscow mule, fried ribs, fried green tomatoes, and filet mignon)The service was fast and friendly, including the host and our waitress. Worth a visit for locals or travelers - you will not be disappointed.

Went here for our anniversary, the food was less than mediocre along with the service. The stuffed flounder was half stuffed and tasted about like the frozen flounder you would buy at the grocery store and cook for a make do dinner at home. The steak was fatty not marbled but fatty. We love the Sandhills area and very much miss Lob-Steer.

I am a Foodie. I critique a lot of restaurants and I was not impressed by Beefeaters. The place is a bit of a dive physically, the food tastes very “homemade” and not in a good way. Service was slow. The presentation of the food was unimpressive.I believe this restaurant has potential but its menu needs to be revamped, service needs to be more professional. They need to invest some $. There is a need in this town for steakhouse but their food choices are not where they should be.

I had the ribeye with Cesar salad and mashed potatoes. The salad was good. The main course took a while to come out, but the bread and crackers and cheese made up for it while we waited.

Overall good experience. Would eat here again however, don't think I would go out of my way to do so. Garlic mash potatoes were tasty. Ordered prime rib with creamy horseradish sauce and au jus. Au jus was served on bottom of plate so when cutting prime rib the sauce was sloshing and I was afraid it was going to spill. Do wish au jus was served on side. Prime rib was cooked to temperature ordered.Parking: Used neighboring parking lot of closed business as the restaurants parking lot was full.

Waitress seemed like she worked there for 200 years and over it. Not great service but food was ok. More a locals place than fine dining.
