The restaurant is new and has a nice layout. Tables are not too close to each other and there is plenty of parking. I went on a Saturday evening and it was pretty busy. Not sure if all tables were full but I think they probably could use more staff since it took quite a while for us to receive our dinner. While the restaurant, ambience and wait staff were good the food was fairly average. I ordered the risotto with steak and I think my wife's risotto is better. My wife and daughter both ordered the pasta with blackened shrimp. Again it was ok but nothing better than average.

Luckily, tonight my tennis team found Charbar No.7.I ordered a salmon salad with citrus dressing and a full pour of Pinot noir. I requested the salmon to be sushi grade raw. It was delicious and "melted" in my mouth. I then ordered some toast to help absorb the Pinot noir. The toast was also delicious. It was well seasoned, warm and reminded me of the texture of a warm Krispy Kreme doughnut without the sugar, of course. The food was so good, I hope to go back there again tomorrow for lunch!!!Thank you for a good experience and delicious and well prepared food!Leslie LyonCary, NC

Our server was great. But we waited over an hour for our food. Noise level made it impossible to chat while we waited. Wel like the Char Bar but it'll be a while before we go again. Would recommend CB to a friend but only in a weeknight.

We grabbed a bite to eat in between my son’s Rugby games and the food was delicious and the service was quick. We sat on the covered patio since we brought our dog with us. The waitress brought my dog a bowl and ice water which was nice. I had the shaved Brussel salad with chicken and the flavors were amazing. My son enjoyed his CB7 salad and he isn’t typically a salad guy. The sweet heat burger was not spicy according to my husband but the burger was delicious. We would definitely eat here again.

Good meal here. Both my wife and I enjoyed the Prime Rib French Dip, while my son went for a burger. Servers were friendly, able and accommodating when we requested a different table. We enjoyed the fresh air in the covered outside area.

Angie was amazing, personable, kind and attentive. The smokehouse burgers were tempted correctly and delicious. Some fries were a bit over salty and the Pickled chicken was well done/over cooked, burnt on the edges and dry (sadly). Otherwise a great experience.

Drove 45 minutes with a group to enjoy the food and atmosphere. There was a chalkboard sign outside, temporary closed. Google says it's open. In the five minutes we searched out another restaurant we watched 12 customers be disappointed as well as us.

My fiance and I ordered takeout from here yesterday . It was absolutely terrible. After eating, he was sick and I took one bite and was done. None of our food was satisfying...not even the fries. I asked for my burger to be well done...... It was completely pink in the inside?.....we will never order from here again. Food from McDonald's would've been more satisfying and I hate McDonald's.

Until you actually go there, it would be impossible to describe. Look at the businesses surrounding the entrance. Then, you will understand everything you observe inside the establishment. Foldsofhonor: disabled children of army veterans.
