I need to share my experience with you all. My husband and I ate breakfast at this location this morning. Lady at the desk where you first walk in seemed anxious. The server appeared very outspoken and very energized. Not sure what occurred during our ordering process but she became disgruntled with us. She very heavily handed slammed something down on table. She yelled across to the kitchen table 58 wants no butter. I mean she hollered. I asked for cheese on my eggs she sighed. She said let me guess you want shelled eggs also? I didn't know they served liquid eggs unless you ask for shelled eggs. She didn't explain the price difference. She got upset when she said it comes with pancakes and I chose the cinnamon stack. For 2 of us to eat this morning at this IHOP it cost a total of 56$. plus we gave her 70$ so she could pay the bill and have a nice tip. So what happened why was my breakfast provoked by this server whom didn't even introduce herself.? I think maybe its because I'm white and he is black. My husband thinks she was jealous. Maybe she was just over worked who knows.Parking: very cluttered
Asked if military discount server said yes i showed my CAC as proof and she went off charged my card and the bill remained the same. Could have been up front and honestly declined

Daughter and friends went for brunch. One of the girls was refused a mimosa b/c she “looked” young although her ID clearly states she’s of age. The waitress and manager were extremely rude to all of them. The girls paid for their soft drinks and went elsewhere.

I enjoy the food and the service is generally good but no matter the weather outside it is absolutely freezing in the restaurant!!Dietary restrictions: I love the gluten friendly waffle that you offer. One of the few breakfast options I can enjoy.

Waited and waited and waited. The only thing that was brought to our rl table was plastic silverware in a plastic package. Like fast food. After about 10 minutes with no other service, we left. Hey, if I have to be given cheap, flimsy, plastic utensils and poor service, I may as well go to mcd's.
