sushi is definitely the best in town but the service will lose your business. To avoid waiting for a to go order, we tried to call 7 times and kept getting the fax machine or something. We went there and I mentioned to the hostess that something must be wrong with their phone. She replied that they put it on mute or something when they are busy. Great business plan. So I ordered our take out and was told 20 minutes. 3 or 4 tables open. Definitely not packed. I come back in after 15 minutes and sit to wait. The hostess brings out 2 bags and places it in pickup 1, passing right in front of me. I figured that she would tell me if it was mine. I’m wearing a mask. You can’t miss me. She said nada. Five minutes later, another server parks something in slot 2. Says nothing to me. So I approach the register and ask if either was mine. She asked my name and I told her. She told me my order was in slot 1. I asked the hostess who was standing right there and who brought it out: “you took my order, I was sitting right there when you brought it out and walked right past me… why couldn’t you tell me?” Her answer was “oh we are busy”. Glasses and a black braid. Do better. Please. You have too good of food to lose business with cruddy service.

I’ll keep it simple. Do not project 35-40 minutes for a “to go” order and leave the customer waiting past an hour and 15 minutes (still waiting). I watched a few tables enjoy their meals, leave, and the new customers receive their entrees. You’re the one decent sushi in the area, so you have that monopoly. I could’ve walked around staples if you told me this would take over an hour.

So we eat here all the time. We usually call in orders and then bring them home. Normally we get everything that we want and there is not any issues. However, tonight we ordered a children’s dinner, and we specifically asked for no vegetables and white steamed rice. The woman on the phone even suggested extra rice in place of no vegetables, so I agree.I go to pick up the order, I don’t check it right away because normally it’s correct. However, when I get home We checked the order and it has vegetables, It’s the wrong type of chicken, and there’s only a single side of rice, which is fried rice, not white rice. So we call back to tell them politely that they got the order wrong completely. So she offered us a credit or they would make the meal and we could come pick it up.At this point it’s 7 o’clock at night And the kid is hungry, so I’m not driving back to pick up another order. So we agreed to the credit and the lady on the phone tells us that the next time we come in, it will be ready for us, and I promptly hang up. No less than three minutes later she calls back and tries to tell me that the order is not what I said it was They would offer us an extra thing of rice As a credit.Literally $.10 if that worth of rice that I could easily make at home. At this point, they literally just called back to argue and be petty. So I clarified that they are offering me a credit of $.10 worth of rice for a complete order that was wrong and she says yes. So I told her that is ridiculous and we will no longer be coming back. The fact that they would rather lose a customer who spends 60+ dollars every time they go in there for a $10 meal is Ludacris. When you make a mistake as a business, you should rectify it not try to save money after your failure to provide a Food service. So for $10 they have lost the thousands of dollars that we would’ve spent over the next few years. Great business plan!

Discovered this place looking for a nice quiet place to get a glass of wine and dinner after a long day of travel and was not disappointed. It's smaller quiet but very cozy feeling place. I enjoyed chatting with the most adorable server. She advised me well. Promptly served a good salad and delicious sushi tailored to my preferences. And the rolls were quite large for a very reasonable price. If I lived in the area I would be here often!

I was going to be in the area and decided it sounded good from reviews. I went there with friend and we were seated quickly. Then we looked over the menu, checked off our order on the slips provided for sushi, and sat. For over ten minutes. Never even being asked if we wanted water. The table next to us was visited four times and they never even acknowledged us. There were maybe six tabes of patrons so it wasn't that busy. After being walked by the last time we just left. Bummer. The menu looked good.

Ok, well I have to update this. The food was still good, but the steak was dry pieces of beef? That were okay but not awesome...They ran out to catch me and charge for the Nigiri that they didn't put on the bill.BUT they forgot to mention that they forgot to serve both of us the soup AND salad with our mealsYes, they are bit slowBut I am glad it is in a strip mall. If it was in a nice stand alone they would and could charge a whole lot more!Soft shell crab appetizer was absolutely perfect! Really!Calamari was okQuail egg and octopus nigiri was superb.Pad Thai was exactly as expected and as it should be.Steak and shrimp hibachi was also good.A selection of three oriental beers and some staples too.

They’re not the best at sashimi or sushi (though good) however they are well above average at their cooked foods.

There's a good reason Susa Sushi is ranked #1 on my search: my first visit today did not disappoint!!! Friendly staff, clean restaurant. I'll come here with friends next time I'm in town!Sushi was super fresh and delicious. Tempura veggies were good (maybe too much broccoli- but that's just my preference). Salad, white rice, & mushroom soup included. Price for everything: less than $30.
