I can't really rate it cuz I couldn't even order any food because a subway shop didn't even have any bread very unprofessional persons at this location it needs to be closed it's very nasty and this is not a Subway owned Subway this is a franchise they need to lose their franchise license

The very worst I've ever been to. Someone needs to take the mustard away from these ppl they drown your sandwiches and don't understand the meaning of light mustard.Also we had chocolate chip cookies that should have gone in the garbage they were burned so that's where we put them !!

Horrible workers. Ordered on the app. Food not ready and they didn’t have a ticket. Showed them the order. I went next door to the store and they decide to quit making my food since I left. So had to wait an additional 20 mins to get my food. Got home. Bread soaking wet with vinegar. Food tasted like chlorine. Need better workers. I know times are tough. Lady sweeping the front barely let me through the door and didn’t stop sweeping as I’m walking past.

Usually I have a good experience, but not this last time. It starts with me walking in and them helping other guests, not the fact that they are helping guests, they are excessively making convo when they ring out the customer making me sit there and wait, then when they get to me I order, they make the entire order and then I am ready to pay. I had my card out the entire time and they could see it and then at the very end, when the food is done and all, then tell me their wifi has been down all day and they don't know if it'll go through (it didnt). So I couldn't pay. So let's review. I'm a busy person, I have things to do. Why not start off the conversation with "hey, our wifi has been down all day so it might not work if you're paying with card" instead of assuming every single person is using cash. This is 2022, most people use card. If you would've started the whole thing with your wifi being down, I'd be cool because I could've walked out and not wasted my time. The associates waited until the entire order was done just to tell me like why?

Just went there and the girl seemed like she didn’t wanna take my order, got my sandwiches and got him and the bread was hard as a rock. Won’t be back there again

Very bad service yesterday. I ordered 14 subs and they refused to identify each sandwich. I was not taking this back to my workers were someone would have to finger every sandwich to figure out which was who's. When the Manger is there which is seldom the service is not that bad, but when she's not there it sucks! Can not leave KIDS alone!!
