We went to eat in after receiving store credit from bad delivery service. And had an even worse experience inside the store. They did not want to honor our store credit saying they couldn’t find it. We had to call the district manager while at the store after arguing with management just to get our store credit. After ordering our food came out looking like they done messed with it as you can see in the picture attached. Overall we had the worst experience twice and will never go back and will recommend others to stay away as well. Pizza Huts experience with their customers service has went downhill since I was a child. I used to love going to Pizza Hut now I dread it.
