Had an order we put in at 9:50 am. Had to wait 30 minutes for the food, which was a bagel and a cookie. That's ridiculous!!

Love the quality offerings. The fresh bread is amazing. I got the Lox Benedict and my hubs the Montecristo. Both were so good. The strawberry matcha over ice was lovely as well. We also grabbed a couple cookies for the road. They were the best I’ve had in a long time. We got the peanut butter and the chocolate espresso. I wish I bought more than one.

One of our favorite spots in Spruce Pine. Freshly baked bagels, breads and pastries. Warm breakfasts with egg options. I love the lox bagel. Everything is well done. The coffee is excellent. Friendly service and a nice place to hang out.

I don't believe I've ever written an online review before, but I couldn't not share my experience of this jewel of a cafe. I had their homemade sesame bagel with egg, bacon and chipotle sauce and a latte. It was ACHINGLY delicious. The quality of both my meal and my coffee was so ridiculously good. It was a quantam leap in terms of a cafe experience. The place was packed when I got here and I understand why. Quality. Quality. Quality. Thank you Fox and the Fig for making a thousand choices always with quality in mind. It shows. I'm so happy!

We've been in North Carolina for five days and had tons of delicious food, but this place blew everything out of the water. Everything we tried was delicious! I'm honestly a little sad that we don't live around here simply because it's a shame I can't have breakfast and tea here every single day. 10/10

We stopped by around 11 and were so happy they were serving various homemade fresh breakfast/bunch options. The service was fantastic - and the food delicious. Fantastic coffee as well.

Delicious cappuccino and the best gluten free cookie I've had in a while! Love the space, great stop before or after a hike. Couch in the back is nap worthy. Friendly service.
