Did it online order got a salad nothing was right on it called them had to have husband take it back up there so they could see it so inconvenient. All they had to do was look at the order and make the salad it's not that hard to make a salad. Will be trying to get in touch with someone over the manager or whatever it was I talked to tonight about this situation

I use to have a 5 star review here. Deleted it and added a 1. 8 dollars for a 6 inch sub is crazy. I order it online and its not made right too. You can't raise prices and get worse. Pick

Every time that I have gotten a sub (bout once or twice a week) from this location it has always been good and edible. I get the same sub Everytime I got. Ft long subway club with pepper jack cheese, let,olives, banana peppers, cucumber, lite mayo, light chipotle s&p, o&v. But recently the past two months it seems like it has went down hill. They act like they don't care how the sub turns out. Don't get me wrong I know I have a little bit of stuff on my subs but they just throw the veggies on the sub and then by the time they wrapped it up there is more veggies and sauce on the outside of the sub and wrapper then there is on the sub. From where the wrapper is covered by all the sauce the bread is covered and you practically need a bib just so the sauce doesn't get all over your clothes. They need to start caring more about there job and less time worried about flirting with the customers. They start out a 12 dollars a hour and it's sad cause I know people that make less then that and and do a better job

Ordered through the app, two meatball subs. The first only had three meatballs. The second sub had one meatball! Plenty of sauce, but WTH!! Avoid this store!!!

They scam you out of coupons saying their system is down. Always keep the vegetables open to air so the brown. Cookies are almost always burnt and the cutting boards are starting to turn colors

Dont bother. They manager wanted us to bring back a sub that was opened at our house and 2 bites taken out of it so she could add the avocado they forgot. Not only would that sub be soggy and gross by the time we did all that but how can you open a sub from someone's home in your restaurant to add stuff to it? Isn't that unsanitary? Then she said they could make a new 6 inch since we ate a little part of the other half before realizing. Im sorry but i paid for a whole sub not half of it. I guess its up to the customer to jump thru hoops to fix their mistake. To get the avocado refunded we would have to drive back up there which would be a waste of everyone's time since the refund I'd spend in gas. Here's a tip: if the sub has avocado in the name it prob should have avocado on it when you give it to the customer.

SORRIEST EXPERIENCE EVER AT THIS SUBWAY. WAS TOLD BE WITH YOU IN A SECOND. WHICH WAS FIND, THEN SOMEONE CONES IN WHICH THEY KNEW. THEN WAITED ON THEM AND SKIPPED ME. LEFT WILL NOT BE BE BACK AT THIS SUBWAY.

They need to be more vigilant about hand washing and/or changing gloves.. I went in to order and watched as an employee handled dishes and a bread cart, then without changing gloves, she proceeded to help a guest.. She opened the bread warmer, grabbed his footlong bread, and handled his food, then toppings (ie. Lettuce and so forth) with same dirty gloves. At a different time, I had to ask an employee to change their gloves after handling packaged food from another employess ungloved hands and putting it into the serving table. For the most part everyone is courteous and tge food when handles properly is fresh and put together well. Angie is great.

SHOULDN'T GET No Stars.. tonight around 8:30 i walk in was pretty much ignored and not greeted once i paid for my food my receipt was just thrown at me like im a dog that suppose to fetch don't like to pull the race card but dare no ignore the obvious since the employees didn't treat their race in that manner
