My wife and I pkup meals to go each Wednesday to take to church for dinner before our bible study.At times, we have been shorted on our order ( wrong type sandwich, no condiments included, ect ) which tells me that those food preparers are not paying attention to the orders.Still, we continue to go to this business for the conveniences provided.
I have ordered my last order from Arbys. Cold, dry sandwiches. Too much money for tasteless sandwiches.

Got there just after the lunch rush I guess. Kitchen looked like a bomb had gone off back there. Maybe 2 associates. Felt bad for them. They were working their tails off trying to catch up. A for effort, but will probably skip it next time.
Honestly this Arby's is one of the best fast food locations I have ever visit. First of all, customer service was outstanding. We came in for dinner late one night after church around 8:30pm. Employees were all polite and attentive with smiles on their faces. The inside of the restaurant was very clean and decorated beautifully and thoughtfully with Christmas decor. It felt very cozy and you could tell someone put a lot of thought and effort into those decorations. Food came out quickly, it was hot and fresh and tasted great.It is hard to hit all those marks with fast food establishments these days but because of this we will be returning to this location.
Worst experience ever, please teach these people how to put together their food better. I love Arby's but keep having bad experiences in Statesville smh.Update: gave it another shot after 2 years, and had literally the worst customer service experience ever from...drumroll here..the MANAGER. No wonder the place and drive through were empty. Arby's I'm all the way done with y'all!
