We usually order to-go. Most of the time, my request for medium-rare steaks have been cooked nicely, but sometimes end up being given well done (which is a bummer due to the higher cost of steak vs say, a burger). And getting to-go, you can’t do anything about it after you’re already home. Other items we’ve ordered are usually very good, *except* for rice - it tastes great, but you can’t eat it because it is *always* way undercooked (hard). That’s one area they need to fix.Overall, we like this Chilis, but it has potential to be even better.

Our waiter, and I wish I remembered his name was amazing and sweet and very attentive... This was at the Statesville location Sunday 1/28 my sister and I were at table 102! I'll go back here as long as we get him again!
I had a great time visiting this location ! I’ve loved chilis since i was little and this location did not disappoint ! Very clean environment and great service. I love April as well :)
Devon our server was great. He made any small fumbles the restaurant made ok. I would return just to sit in his area.
