My house is 4.4 miles from this Jay pizza . They told me the first time they brought the pizza ..... then I got order again now they say it 11 miles ... There is no way its a 11 miles when I put it in GPS IT SAID 4.3. JAY THE. OWNER HE WASNT GOING TO DELIVER MY FOOD . THEY DONT HAVE THE HELP THATS NOT MY PROBLEM I TIPED AS MUCH AS THE PIZZA WAS I WILL NEVER ORDER THERE AGAIN

Was put on hold at 7:30 and waited til 8 they never answered so rode up to stoney point because statesville location was closed for renovations or that's what I was told anyway. Drive 35 mins anyway only to be told at 8:40 calling throughout drive only to hear a busy signal then to be told there not making anymore pizzas when I got there. When ask why they never pick the phone back up from where I was put on hold. She replied I didn't want to. Ok definitely will NEVER go again. Thanks!

Called to order a pizza the answer the phone put me on hold for 30 minutes and never pick the phone back up so we drove to stony point to order a pizza at 8:30 at night when they close at 11 and told me that they will not take my order because it's too late so I will never order from them again thanks people in stony point for doing your job and leaving the phone off the hook why I cannot order my pizza when you put me on hold for 30 minutes

One of the best pizza places I've experienced. I've been here multiple times for both takeout and delivery and it's fantastic. Good pizza, good toppings, and I've never gotten a wrong order or a pizza that wasn't hot. Deliveries have always been fast and friendly. My wife and I definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Ordered online. Instructions didn't go through so my sandwich was incorrect. When I called about my issue they didn't even offer to remake it. Spent $$$ on food I couldn't eat. I als ordered a coke & when delivered. They said " we were out of coke. So i brought pepsi, hope thats okay..No its not, you should have called me & asked what else i wanted to drink.Disappointed ?

Great pizza! The first time. Went back another time and the pizza was overcooked and not a whole lot of toppings on the pizza.whent back on 3/4/22 and ordered a pizza and cheese steak and it was delicious. I'm glad I went back.

I really enjoyed the chicken Alfredo, the noodles were al dente, the sauce was delicious, and there was wonderful crust of cheese on top. 10/10 would eat there again.

Tried Jay's super bowl with a Italian sub added on. Everything was great. Wings were real good. Pizza was also good. Really enjoyed the sub. Would go back.

The staff and management there are supper friendly. Anything I have ate from there has been delicious. Its been pretty quick pick up times and delivery times. So my food is still nice and hot either way I order it. Highly recommend this place

Hi my name is Jessica . I recently tried Jays Pizza. About a day ago. I do not normally write reviews but I had too do so for the following reasons . 1- The costumer service I received while there was absolutely amazing. The young lady working the later afternoon shift was so polite! She was very patient seeing as though I could not seem too make my mind up as to what I wanted. She helped me through that process plus made my order. Which I have to say the chicken spinach stromboli was a must try. It almost was to pretty to actually eat.. Its hard now a days to find all around good help as to what I observed in that worker! So thank you to who ever you were and you just landed a for now on regular customer. ?

Absolutely disgusting! I paid for my food. While waiting on line I saw the guy behind the counter w no mask no hair net and no gloves on! Making a pizza with his bare hands touching food putting toppings on and at the same time wipes his hands on his clothes and answers the phone to take an order then goes back to making the pizza. The food was no flavor and made messy like just thrown in the bag. Never will I go back my first and last. Save your money don't waste your time here not worth it at all. I didn't even eat my food I threw it in the garbage. Actually I did take a few bits I couldn't continue knowing after seeing how he was dealing with food. Also there's no sign or none asks would you like us to use gloves and mask before cooking your food.

The quality of the pizza was superb, but my order was wrong. I asked for a small meats pizza, but a large was prepared instead. To make matters worse, it was assumed I got the order wrong, but that wouldn't make any sense considering I didn't have enough money on my card (one day before pay day). I would like to give a 5-star rating, but customer support seems to be lacking in this area.
