Had a party of 8. food was dry. Steak were almost raw when ask for medium done. Asked for refills on fountain drinks server disappear didn't get drinks until end of meal. After having bad service they add on their own tip. DON'T GO HERE.

Punctual and quick to get us set to a table. The server (Charlie) was very nice to us and went above and beyond to get our orders and drinks. Food was gloriously delicious. I ordered the King's Katch which is worth it's own weight in gold. The catfish was nice and soft without any fishy after taste or smell. Popcorn shrimp was good too but Cajun seasoning could have been upped a little as you could barely tell there was any on it. Chicken tenders were spot on. Onion rings were just the right amount of crispiness that they didn't just slide out when munching on them. Also had a salad and some slaw, the salad was as it should be and the slaw tasted like I made it at home.
We went after the renovations were completed and had great service. The food was on point, and so was the staff. The only complaint if I have to have one is I do miss the old decor.Kid-friendliness: I took all four of my kids (15, 10, 8, and 6) who can be picky eaters. They have chicken tenders, shrimp, and fish on their menu but they all immensely enjoyed it.

Little off the beaten path but worth the extra mile. If you enjoy a good fried fish platter that’s not swimming in grease when it arrives at the table, this is the place. The restaurant has good food and many choices on the menu. The meals are reasonably priced and large servings. Clean and fresh remodel giving it a modern look. Highly recommend if you desire good fish plate.
