Ordered online during normal business hours and paid. Received email notification pizza was ready. Went to pick it up and open sign was on but door was locked. Three people were working in there but wouldn’t unlock door or answer phone. Two other customers who had ordered and paid online also waiting. After 15 minutes they opened door and disappeared in back. Portal to pick up pizza wasn’t working and we had to call for someone to come give us our pizzas. Will not go back ever again!!!!!!

Absolute worst management I’ve ever seen in a business order pizza online said it would be ready at 5:12 I got there at 5:12 and the building was closed had a note on the door saying to visit the one on East Broad Street when I got there management told me they would not give me a refund and refused to fix the pizza therefore I was out $30 on pizza That I never received

Waited over 30 mins and they still forgot to put my order in and the guy behind the counter keep talking about his tip bucket empty and if there was something in it he would be faster …….. your lucky I don’t ask for my money back !!!!!!!!!

Well the store was a lot cleaner. The girl working had to have her husband come in, I think, because the other employees didn't bother showing up. Not the first time I've been there and known this to happen

I dont recommend this place because they served a friend of mine raw pizza. Their customer service when I’ve been there with door dash is awful. They don’t seem to care. And I’ve had complaints from door dash customers that their food was wrong and undercooked. Please don’t go there.

Went to little caesars on wilkesboro hwy in statesville nc waiting forever on my order alone with other customers its like the employees didnt know what they was doing and was slow i been there many times and be very little people n still wait almost 35 mins thats insane its called hot and ready not hot n wait they need a pep talk or something last time i go there

I don't know what's going on with this place. When you hire someone you need to stay there with them for more than one day especially when it gets busy. Pizza was supposed to be ready by 7 and still one hour later no pizza. The guy making the pizza finally came out and asked what I ordered. Then he went back there and started making it. It doesn't help to order online. You still have to wait .
