My husband and I meet a group of people here every other week for wings. With that being said , tonight was the 4th time our food was not sent back to the kitchen ( it was NOT busy) . When it was brought up to the employees attention it finally got sent back. We were only offered a $2 off our bill. Not happy. We are patient people but enough is enough.

This is like the third time that I've ate here but I usually get the barbecue this time I got the chicken sandwich and it was so dry I couldn't even hardly chew it! I also got a double cheeseburger for my partner and he liked it! I also got white slaw and it was just bland I didn't like the food at all I'm going to call back up there for breakfast and try to get a refund! The owner answered the phone when I called back and he was so polite and understanding he give me all my money back for both meals! I really appreciate it!

Vegetarian options: I I got a chef salad didn't have cheese on it my fries were real grease and didnt seenm like they even cooked them and I love olbobs but last couple times I've ordered not good please get it better I love your guys food

I placed a to go order this afternoon as I have many times over the years. When I got home I discovered the fries to appear as though they were just raw potatoes with grease on them. Like they were dropped in oil for maybe 5 seconds and I'm not exaggerating. It was so bad it didn't even look like an accident. It looked intentional, cause there's no way the cook wouldn't have noticed this. I was in the restaurant business for many years and rarely make complaints but in this case thought someone might want to know, in case they needed to give someone some training. So I call and talked to someone who said they were the manager. I made it clear right off the bat I wasn't seeking a refund, or free food or anything, even though the fries are uneditable and now in the trash. When I was running restaurants I would have appreciated a customer with noulterior motive telling me something badly wrong going on in my business. Not this guy!! He instantly became agitated and defensive. He even said to me "Have you never made a mistake?" Now honestly up to this point I had been a nice guy but then I finally gave up and ended the conversation. He handled the situation about as poorly as possible and obviously is clueless about customer service. We will never be back!! Not because of the food, but because of this guys awful attitude.

Come to Statesville to see some friends and a lot of people recommend this place. So we went to try it out. Service was great. The food on the other hand needs some love. The slaw was pretty dry, the ribs were tender but over sauced. The chicken wings was deep fried a little to long maid them dry. Got a honey bbq sauce and it was way to much tomato base. But overall. Not bad.but I think the best thing we had was the hush puppies.
My ONLY suggestion is to try to make the meat just a bit more moist. The service was outstanding, the atmosphere was great. Fries were fantastic, drinks wonderful. The pulled pork sandwich was good, the slaw helped it tremendously. I will return.
