Violet A. a Blonde Caucasian Tran Was my sever but was very unprofessional and very rude things that’s a server already supposed to do like refill drinks she did not do and every time I ask her for anything she looked at me crazy with a attitude…. This type of service is unacceptable and I highly recommend not to come here and dine in…. Management trained there employee's poorly with serving customers here…. I’m highly disappointed

Boy the food quality sure has dropped off at Outback. Our last two visits the burger, once one of my menu favorites, has disappointed me. The meat isn't as tasty as it was once was and the poor quality of the tomato has become embarrassing. The same goes for what Outback is now calling "mixed vegetables", the sad truth is its become carrots and squash, no cauliflower, no broccoli, just undercooked carrots and mushy squash. After two lack luster experiences it will be a good long while before we return for another visit.

Great atmosphere but food and service is not quite 5 star. I say this because I’ve been to many Outback’s and several of these have been phenomenal and this one isn’t. They do serve good food most times except for the one time my wife got a 1/2” thick filet mignon. Lol. Go check it out, they have good nights and bad nights seems like.

We've eaten here many times and have always been pleased with the service. This latest time, the service was phenomenal! It was my daughter's birthday and she wanted to eat her for dinner (5). Jeanine made sure that the birthday girl was treated like she was the center of attention but she never forgot us (the parents) or the other tables in her section.Kid-friendliness: Jeanine related so well with our daughter and gave our daughter time to express what she wanted. She also ensured that our daughter was pleased with her meal. She was great at treating our daughter like any other person but while still making the interactions more geared to the way my daughter thinks and understands.

I was part of a relatively large party that called on short notice on a sunday afternoon and we were seated when we arrived.Great food, friendly staff, great drinks.Everyone likes bloomin onion.There are limited vegetarian options (duh… its a steak house), but the staff helped me combine a vegetable side dish with alfredo pasta with no fuss. If you get the veggies, get them pan roasted instead of steamed! Great tip from the waitress.Vegetarian options: You have to be creative

On April 6th my wife and I went to this location for the first time. At times the service around town can be questionable for consistency and engagement so trying a new place at times can be trying. Needless to say we were glad we did. The food was about what you would expect from a chain restaurant slightly better here. Were it truly made the difference was in the level of service we experienced. Our waitress Amanda went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our dinner and cocktails. She was warm and welcoming. We never were without a drink and our orders were exactly as desired. But it wasn’t just our service that impressed us. As we heard her work the other tables nearby she gave the same level of attention. What also stood out is going above and beyond her peers. We noticed during one of the frequent table runs one of the buss staff dropped a towel. For about 20 minutes we watched as several staff members walked passed it, ignoring the fact that customers had to step over and around it. Eventually Amanda stepped in and saved the day, it wasn’t hers, it wasn’t on her route but her willingness to jump in and get it done didn’t go unnoticed. We are typically not ones to frequent chains but we both agree we would visit again if Amanda was our server. Ask for her by name, you won’t be disappointed.
