I came into the shop waited 15 minutes and there was no greetings. Then the women at the back said I'll be there in a minute. Two young ladies came in from outside did not wash their hands stood behind the counter. No may I help you or can I get you something. I didn't see a line. The only other person in the shop was eating.Thank you for your service. It was great.

The worst Hotdogs,Milkshakes and service we have ever had anywhere.I had high hopes for this place and I am glad we are 600miles from home, because we will never go back. Ever.
We went here after wanting to try this place for so long. We went Monday, June 10th around 5/6:00pm and the girl that was working the counter was so dry and unhelpful! She never greeted us, she didn't offer us any help with decision making, her face was screwed the entire time, the ice cream that my daughter ordered taste freezer burnt, and we do not plan on going back. I didn't think we would have this kind of experience here being that every place we have been to in Statesville has been sweet and very customer friendly.
