The sandwiches were made quickly, to order, and tasted fantastic. I left my purse here accidentally. My husband and I were an hour away when we noticed. We were in a panic. I called the Subway. A worker answered, found my purse, and stowed it safely. An hour later, we returned. Everything in my purse was untouched. I gave the young man a reward. There are still honest people in this world.

Walked in, no other customers in the restaurant. Worker was sitting in a booth with his head down almost asleep. I said hello to which I got no response. He got up to go behind the counter with the attitude I was bothering him. He rudely asked me what I wanted. After passing my subs to a female worker to add the toppings, things got better. She was polite and finished my sandwiches and rang up my purchase. However, my first impression still sticks in my mind. I will not go back to this subway location.

Stopped by here because I had a coupon. The employee greeted me as I walked towards the front. I ordered my sub. It didn't take long at all. My sub was perfectly made! Everything was fresh and well put together. It didn't fall apart as I was enjoying it. Wonderful taste! I will definitely return when I'm back in that area.

This location needs better training. Every time we order from the app something is missing. Tonight we are missing an entire footlong that was on the receipt taped to the bag. We don't have the time to run back to the store every time they mess up. Most of them have nasty attitudes like you are the one that messed up. I didn't forget a whole sandwich. So of course all the sandwiches get cold and soggy while we take the order back to get the missing one. It's ridiculous and happens far to much at this location. I tried calling as I usually do and no one answers and their voice-mail is always full. It's frustrating to order a meal and find you are missing something or it's not made correctly.

There are several Subway's in my city. I like the one in the Shell Station on Hwy 115. Excellent service. I like that they will cut the tomatoes and cucumbers when get a subway salad.

The renovated restaurant looks nice, but it doesn't matter if the staff is rude and can't get the order right. Twice now they didn't put tomatoes on my sandwich when I asked for extra tomatoes. And they put onions once when I didn't ask for onions.

Used the Subway app. Ordered at 5:45pm. Said it would be ready at 6:00pm. It was ready at 6:30pm. Plus after waiting in store for about 20 minutes, the order was wrong. Of course I paid thur the app and no adult/manager to talk with and no listing for the franchise owner or contact me option on the app. No use to try and talk to the employees there...they couldn't care less
