I went thru the drive thru and had to pull forward to wait on my order . The milk shake I ordered was not even a full shake . I waited 30 minutes for them to bring it out .It was a poor service. 3rd time I have had something wrong at this restaurant.

The fried chicken was over cooked. Hard and dry on the outside. Usually it's better than what I had last night. The tea tasted like it was old or the tea maker wasn't washed out correctly.

Food was not that good. Sandwich barely had a single piece of ham but called big ham and cheese. Cheese burger was very sloppy and cold. Fries were seasoned well but we're also cold. The only good thing about it was the drinks.

Every time I go there to get a burger especially the double cheeseburgers the hamburger meat is always burnt so I stopped going there and this wasn't just one time

Absolutely disgusting! The window CSR served French fries that were not burnt but so over fried they were hard, saturated with rancid oil, and when I asked for different fried I was told "you can but you'll get the same fries and nothing different. So gross. The burger was cold and had a soft top bun but a hard bottom that was old and disgusting. Within 15 minutes,no more than 25minutes, I was doubled over in painful gastritis type bloating and cramps that were followed by horrific diarrhea and nausea. DONT EAT HERE! HORRIBLE SERVICE, TOXIC FOOD THAT IS INEDIBLE, and you are likely to take home an unwanted bacteria or salmonella poisoning!! Don't waste your money here!

Visited the drive-through at 3:00 pm on Monday the 18th. My partner and I were concerned to hear the woman taking our order struggling to speak due to coughing. Upon reaching the window, we observed her wearing her mask improperly. Our discomfort heightened when she accidentally dropped our order on the floor. Despite our request for a fresh order, the replacement seemed questionable as we witnessed it placed on the counter for a few minutes before being handed to us. A post-pandemic perspective suggests that unwell individuals should avoid handling food, making our overall experience unsatisfactory.
The person that took my order was so nice.It was like chatting with an old friend. Today, I really needed that kindness.My order was take out. But for the few minutes I was in the place, she made the atmosphere just what I needed. ?

My kids and I went to this Hardee's tonight between 9:08 and 9:20, and I was having an issue with my card, so we were sitting in the car for a while trying to get it situated and there was a young man who was working by the name of Chad, and he was so kind and such a blessing! He noticed we had been sitting for a while, and he even came out to check to make sure we were okay. I have no idea if he's a manager or not, but he definitely was wonderful, and I'm almost 99% sure he's taken an order of mine before a couple of months ago, and he was so kind. Hardee's, you have an AMAZING employee in Chad, and I pray that GOD bless him 10 fold. He was truly a blessing tonight to my kids and I, and I truly appreciate how much he tried to help me. GOD bless you, Chad, and thank you again for your help and kindness! I would tell others to come here buuuuut it's definitely because of the experience with him! (And the chicken tenders are good also! Lol)
