Had a great breakfast with pintos, cornbread, fried eggs, hash browns and a side of coleslaw! Plenty to eat for only $7.55 !!!! Don't forget to try the award-winning coleslaw! I will be back here for sure!Vegetarian options: Coleslaw, pintos, cornbread, tea, potatoes.

They never get my order right. It's the same thing everytime I've ever been there. Seems like they don't know the difference between a biscuit and a bun?????

The Dairy Bar was the hoppin spot on a Tuesday afternoon for lunch. The line was nearly out the door when I arrived around 1:00pm. I ordered two hot dogs with chili, mustard, and slaw and a side of tater tots. A reminder to all that The Dairy Bar is cash only. The tots were good and crispy. The hot dogs were good too. The slaw was really vinegary. The smell of vinegar wafted up from the dog. I mean, I like vinegar, but it was a lot. The interior of The Dairy Bar is a mix booths and tables of assorted sizes. There is seating outside as well for nice North Carolina days. All-in-all, a nice little road trip from Winston-Salem. Reading the other reviews, it looks like I need to come back for breakfast. Fine! Twist my arm. ;)

I've passed this place dozens of times and never went in until today. I love the atmosphere of a local mom and pop type place . It really feels like a fixture of the town. The nice lady that took my order was helpful patient and she genuinely seemed content to be there. Attitude counts for a lot in a world where everybody is angry that they simply have to go to work just like the rest of us .Furthermore I can't help but ask has anybody heard about this inflation that's been going on ? Because the dairy bar sure hasn't... Please don't tell them . They serve tasty food at a price I can afford in portions as if they were making food for themselves .Nice people good food unbeatable prices/portions.
