Trash. The pizza sucks enough on its own but they love to ride your delivery around in the car for long periods of time making other deliveries until it gets cold.

I wish there were lower ratings than 1 star! Ordered online and when items arrived they were wrong. I called store to resolve issue and whatever wonderful employee answered didn’t ask what was wrong with the order he just said let me talk to my manager and hung up on me. Stay away from this top tier establishment….going to go up the chain on this one.

The driver, who drives the small silver car, possibly a ford who blew through the stop sign in my neighborhood, just because you’re in a subdivision doesn’t mean you need to disobey the signs.

Ordered online to pick it up. Took 30 minutes to get here. On arrival they said they were out of the crust I ordered. Instead of calling or texting they waited until we got here to let us know. We asked if they could put it on another crust. Now we have to wait another 30 minutes. If this is the way it’s going to go. They won’t last long.

Typical experience for papa johns. Only did carry out but the food was good and didn't see any problems with the staff while inside.
Would give zero stars if I could. Been waiting an hour for two pizzas now, while I’m waiting, one of the delivery drivers slams his car door into my vehicle. Wont be back to this location.

If there was a 0 star I would have giving it to this location….. I ordered a pizza, some wings and a papa bowl at around 3pm, the delivery was made around 4pm. Wrong pizza, so when I called the manger (Derick) he said I’m going to send you a new pizza, an hour later nothing came, my kids where hungry, I called back and Derick said; I’m waiting for door dash to pick it up…. To make the story short, I asked for my money since they didn’t have drivers but he wouldn’t refund me my money because my issue is with door dash according to Derick not papa johns….. don’t order from them and if you do use card not cash so in case you could stop the transaction…… I’m so disappointed of Papa Johns for hiring such managers, and also they lost my business for ever after spending at least few hundred dollars a month with them.

I almost never write reviews for chains but I just had to mention how awful the wings are from Papa Johns. I'm not a fan of their pizza so when my son ordered a pie for dinner, I went with the wings. Thinking "how bad can they be?" Really bad. Got the garlic Parmesan and requested extra bake. They were tasteless and the skin was flabby and disgusting. Put them in the air fryer and it barely made them edible. Ended up throwing a few away and I NEVER toss food. Don't say I didn't warn you!
