Terrible service. We came to watch a 6pm game and have dinner with our 10 year old after someone suggested it’s a great place to watch sports! We were informed after we were served appetizers and drinks that children under 18 were not allowed for game days as it gets rowdy. The server was rude to us the second we sat down and we felt she was rushing us out. If this is policy you should really let patrons know before they begin their meal as we wouldn’t have even ordered and likely would have visited again at a better time! If the server had smiled once, apologized, or explained the policy before we ordered I would not be writing this review but she was miserable. On top of all of this, our food had hair in it (which was comped and in no way our servers fault) but was the cherry on top of a dumpster fire sundae that was our experience. This was my first and last time visiting. I’d recommend hiring friendlier staff (bartenders) who have a service mentality.

Presentation of the meals was attempted, though a little misguided. Make sure if you visit this establishment to bring your own favorite spices and seasonings, as the kitchen does not carry any. The Spanish omelette was more of a reheated taco shaped egg vessel and was garnished with only a few black beans and "andouille" sausage. Eggs Benedict Florentine was missing fresh mozzarella and they chose to substitute Roma tomatoes with a slice of beefsteak tomato instead. This makes the whole texture very watery and runny. Hollandaise sauce was missing seasonings and most importantly the lemon juice that is cooked into for that tart flavor. The staff was however very efficient and friendly which is why I supplemented the extra star.

Prestons corner has become our gi to restaurant in swansboro. Food is good, service is great & prices are reasonable. So glad this corner in the boro has a great restaurant again!
Service was great waitress very friendly and bubbly. Ordered clam chowder usually love it today a little greasy flavor was good though. Clean atmosphere
