When we entered the restaurant several employees were sitting down at the booths on their phones. We noticed all the trash cans were full and they could've been emptying them. We were traveling, so we had to use the restrooms and there were no paper towels in there. The service was okay and the food was pretty good. I think they need to stay behind the restaurant better.
We were just in a pretty bad car accident right in front of this Hardee’s. One of the employees came out to help us. She even carried the baby’s car seat across the street for us as & did her best to calm our daughters down as us parents were pretty shook up. I will never forget her kindness!!!

Sadly, the service is typical of what fast food places have become. Food tasted fine. But they clearly have been trained to skimp, usually by a manager determined to make inventory. Candied bacon frisco burger is advertised as having twice the bacon as the regular (4 slices), mine had 2. And they skimped on the fries as well. No was rude, but not friendly either. Just meh . Music was good ? and at a reasonable volume.
