Delicious food! I haven't ordered anything from them that wasn't good. The Italian hoagie or turkey hoagie is my favorite. I love the pizzas, bacon cheese fries and the jalapeño poppers as well. Nice staff, peaceful atmosphere, good music. Great place to take the family!

This place is a delight. It’s a local institution for good reason—we had a great meal there, with attentive and friendly but not intrusive service. I really enjoyed the penne alla norma, which you don’t see that often on a menu in the USA and their version here is worth it.Vegetarian options: There are several options that don’t obviously feature meat ingredients, but I would ask the server to make sure.

I called in an order I ordered a antipasto but I wanted a chef salad... But I was told by whoever answered the phone that it was close to a chef salad.it was awful. I also ordered mild wings they were good I ordered a large cheese pizza that was also good. I ordered a steak and cheese and I received a steak um and cheese mess. And I also ordered a chicken Parmesan sub smelled spoiled and was dry. Very poor quality. I have been living in NC for 8 years and Mama's pizza place has been my go to pizza joint and I was so disappointed. The staff isn't friendly, or welcoming like they were in the past. Very cold atmosphere. Very disappointed from phone call to my table at home. I will have to find a new place. But I am really going to miss the old Mama's pizza vibe. I wish I would have ordered something else from anywhere else waste of money!!!
Got garlic parm bites and the parm had a sour taste like it was expired. Got a cheesestake with peppers and onions and paid for it to be 12". The cheese steak was half peppers and the meat stopped at about 10" in the bun so apparently I paid 2 bucks for 2 inches of bread.To add to that the meat was flavorless. Fries were good though
My mom was craving a steak n cheese with mayo on one side of her bread, little green peppers, and some lettuce. So I named sub places near us and she picked this place because likes the one in Williamston. Anyway when we got to her house she couldn't eat it because it was not how a steak n cheese or cheese steak should be made if you want repeat customers. The sub was cheesy, which was great, but it had more green peppers than steak. She had to throw away 1/4 of it as soon as she opened it because it was pretty much cheese and peppers in that section. I watched my 65 year old mother frown eating that cheesepepper sub, which, by the way, didn't have the lettuce on it either. Whoever cooked it doesn't care or cook with love. The service sucked. The only smile we got was from a young lady watching a baby but was ready to take our order until the grumpy lady behind the counter said she got it. The French fries were soggy, not fried hard like she asked. The only thing they only thing they did right was the mozzarella sticks and sauce.

We arrived about 30 minutes before closing time and the person at the door was obviously not pleased we came in.Once we were seated our server was great. Stromboli is excellent.
Ordered take-out, and the woman who was pregnant, took our order. She was VERY RUDE, and had a VERY NASTY ATTITUDE. Ordered a pizza, and garlic knots. The food tasted great, but I'm skeptical about returning due to the employee who took our order.

Wow absolutely amazing. The food is great would recommend getting the pizza cheese steak sandwich. The service was great without even asking the server gave us a refill and kept checking on us.
Started working in the area about 2 years ago and I stumbled onto the place by accident, and I'm glad I did. The food is very good and consistent but the atmosphere is not so hot, I mean not for me anyway. I'm ex-Navy so I've been to a lot of places in my life and I know what's good. I come about once a week and take it back to work for lunch or take it home for dinner. I'm happy :)
