Horrible service. I waited in line for about 10 minutes without moving before deciding to leave. As I went to pull off, I noticed that two of the cars in the line were parked in the drive thru and were unattended. I pulled back into the line and placed my order. I had to say number 7 with a black coffee about 4 times. The lady at the window wasn't very friendly, food was bland, and the coffee wasn't very good.

There were no cars in line when I pulled up to the drive through to order. I waited several minutes and at least two cars pulled up after me in the outside order lane, placed their order and left before my order was taken. I then drive up to the pay window and was told to proceed to the second window. The associate the second window then told me to pull ahead to the 3rd window where I waited 15 min before deciding to go inside and find out what was going on. I told the manager and associates inside I had been waiting outside 15 min. I was very polite but the associates acted annoyed and I never got an apology. By time I got my order I had been there a total of close to 25 min. This is unacceptable and I will not be going back.

This has got to be the most absolutely horrible and unorganized McDonald's I have visited. They are always out of stuff and the people working are just plain rude. I feel sorry for tarboro since they only have this one to go to.

I don't understand what has happened to the service at this McDonald's. It is getting worse and worse. Ordered 2 20 pieces and when it was found out that both were not in the bag we called and was told that we would get the 20 piece that was missing. My son went up there and waited for 30 minutes and talked to several different people and didn't get the food he paid for and he ended up buying another 20 piece and they still didn't give him the food that he originally paid for. That money went down the drain. And it's not the first time with this location. How do you tell someone they are going to make their mistakes right and then don't go through with it especially when we don't live in Tarboro?

Always check your bag! There's either something missing, cold or simply not made correctly.Overall customer service skills suck at this place.Literally a handful of employees have pleasant attitudes. Prepare to stand in a growing line for several minutes while the entire staff breezes right by the register, not even acknowledging anyone. Lastly, I guess asking for sauce is forbidden. You ask for sauces, they act like you asked them for money.
