The website clearly states that this location closes at 9:30 PM we got there at 9 and they were still serving people. We were the last ones in line and there was 2 parties left to serve and it was only 9:05. They shut the window and meanly said we were closed for the night. They should have waited to serve the two last parties. Bad customer service because the website clearly states it closes at 9:30 PM! Won't be back at this place.

One of the best Pelicans locations I've been to snoballs were full of flavor and were melt in your mouth perfect. They have tons of amazing and quirky flavors to choose from. Definitely a favorite for the kids and adults. Go check them out ASAP 100% worth it. 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ *Pro tip try sno-cream with your favorite flavor
gentrification made this place mid. its still a snow cone but way overpriced for sumn thats literally ice and syrup. we miss the one on capital, that b**** was a 5star. thank you wake forest

This place is legit. Cool and tasty treat at a good price. Enjoyed the atmosphere too. Kids were watching the young man making their snowballs through the glass and he threw a snowball at the window glass in front of them making them jump back and go "woah!". We all had a really good laugh over it. Totally unexpected, way fun!

I really enjoy taking my daughter and her friends to this pelican snowballs. Their staff is really nice, and the service is great. The only downside is that their is no bathrooms, and there are usually spills that aren't cleaned up. Recommend if you want to get a good cone!
