The employees were not friendly at all and didn’t provide good customer service also nothing was available when i ordered. My mother also got very sick with a bad headache and vomiting after finishing her food. someone needs to check this out.

I went through Wendy’s drive thru last night and actually did not feel I was a burden to the young lady( Alicia), which took my order. She had a fun and pleasant personality which made me feel good after a long day at work and she got my order right! So thank you Alicia for letting me know that there is still good customer service in this world!! She needs a raise. You should definitely try and keep her as an employee!

I placed my order through the app. Waited a good while and was told to pull forward once I got to the window. When they brought out my food, it was not my order so I drove back around and the lady at the window was rude and asked me where the other bag was, when I explained that I only got one bag, she pointed to an empty McDonalds bag on the passenger floorboard and asked what that was, I showed it to her and only after did she say they accidentally gave me the wrong bag and give me my food. I got home only to find out they made my food wrong anyway. I'll drive to Rocky Mount next time I want Wendy's.

This restaurant doesn’t get any stars from me!! This restaurant needs a make- over in cleanliness of restaurant!! New staff that takes pride in the job they are doing!! I rather deal with the robots than humans!! They don’t have any 4 sense, taste, smell or etc! But I know the customer service will be better!!

The staff at the Wendys in Tarboro nc have terrible attitudes. The district manager or owner really needs to show up unexpectingly and see how this restaurant is being run. The nonchalant workers needs to be replaced
